Gold/Tin Solder

A while ago someone posted thread820-189682 about finding fatigue information for 80/20 gold tin solder. Was anyone able to provide that information? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, gold-tin alloy preforms are used for certain types of assembly processing:

However, I don't recall ever seeing anything about fatigue, possibly because until extremely recently, dies were not large enough to cause flexure failures of the die attach.
