Good Engineering books (metric)

I am looking for a good European Engineering book. I have a few good American ones, but they are not metric and most of the equipment we use are made in Europe.

I could use (all metric or Europeean):
Marine Engineering book.
General Engineering/ Machinery book
Piping Handbook
Welding Handbook

Would be greatful for any suggestions.
