Does anyone know of any good books for water treatment / wastewater treatment plant ventilation design?

These buildings are simple yet very complicated from a ventilation standpoint. Chlorine odors, high humidity below grade in pipe galleries, etc.

I am having a hard time convincing plant operators / water company management that these buildings need dehumidification systems.

They keep telling me plain old exhaust fans & unit heaters worked for 100 years no problems! Yet they call us for chlorine complaints and pipes rusting.
