GORE Vents?

I'm looking for a source for GORE Vents that fit on a 10 mm hose. I don't need a large quantity of them so going through GORE is difficult. Have any of you specified or seen them installed on a drivetrain? Can you name a make and model so I can purchase them through a dealership? I'm looking for the AVS 41 model seen here:
