You might try the Southern Forest Products Association. Also you might do a google search for bleachers and grandstands. If I am remember correctly from past work, I've done, there are several companies that sell pre-engineered bleacher systems. Now if you are reffering to a covered bandstand similair to a pinic shelter, there are also companies that sell pre-enginnered pinic shelters.
