Have you tried with simplest things first? Units of measure set in program interface and in reports, than comma separator.

If you used wrong comma separator, many programs simply ignore comma.

the truth I have configured the two shapes the units system metric and English in addition I have placed integer values in all the data and the problem persite the truth I do not understand because this error

Looks like you have 1000 duplicate rooms for each space. Look in your rooms tab and change the rooms per zone to 1. If you have 1000 rooms per zone then you will get the square foot area multiplied by 1000 as part of your calculations.

I think Ziggy is right. Click on the "Rooms" tab to change this value.

I don't know why it would make a difference, but have you tried using the actual room dimensions rather than the total sqft and 1?

What is mentioned before, did you change integer values in pc settings? you should try to change it at control panel, try option with u.s. setup as language and numbering setting.

try your local setting, than u.s. setting and note whether there is any difference in the output.
