I GUESS THAT ANSWER IS YES IN GENERAL, BUT CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER, IN PARTICULAR LUBRICATION SYSTEM AND MAYBE STRESSES DUE TO THERMAL DILATATIONS
 
It depends on the metal - some pump alloys have a transition around the temperature. In addition, tight fits should be reviewed where different metals (shrink rates) are fit together or it could induce high stresses.

Also take into account the auxillary parts like drive couplings or belts.

Some general information.

Looking at my data most physical values are down to -150°F. There are a few data points at -200°F.

For the irons with high graphite content the tensile and hardness values increase down to -150°F.

The RT Charpy impact values for most irons are halved at -150°F.

I would be very careful in using CI at low temperature as I've seen a vane pump failures in Ppropane service.
