Grinder for processing Fruits Waste

Need a system with a grinder for grinding/pulverizing fruits waste (apple, cherry, peach etc with pits). The particle size off the grinder shall be less than 3 mm. Is there any equipment out there that can guarantee the particle size of less than 3mm? Any input/suggestions/reference?

With the wastes mentioned by the op you won't get powder, you get pulp. You might look at the hoelshertec Gorator, AFAIR the particle size in the off fraction was in the range you needed. Wear is an issue, don't know how it handles kernels (peach, cherry ...).
They certainly have experience with such wastes.
