Ground bounce reduction

I'm trying to design a new pulse generator for a UWB radar device. The pulses must have at most a 150ps width at 3-5V. My current design uses a SR diode and the jitter on it is crazy, causing ground bounce. I need a design that will vasily reduce this.
I'm looking at cascode topologies but I can't find anything great for pulse generation applications. Any help?

What frequency is your ground bounce occurring at?
Are you running off a switching power supply (bad) or a linear supply (good)?

This article might help:

Once you get through the power supply specifics it gets to some decent analysis on ground bounce.

Another issue you are likely facing is the effective engergy bandwidth, which is based upon signal rise and fall times. with a pulse width of 150ps max, and a 3-5V swing, I can't imagine that this leaves much room for a slow slew rate. Add to that, the fact that these kinds of swings will require some effort from the power supply system which must supply charge and discharge currents to provide the pulses.

You will need to investigate the system topology as a whole. The fact that you are working with radar frequencies a whole level of complexity too. There exist whole EM design concepts for these types of systems that differ from common electronics, so perhaps you need some more learning and research?
