Anyone know what it is, I see it's 20psf in the IBC, but I know that the locality governs.

Call your local building department.

I don't work in Ohio, so I was hoping to hear from someone who does. I found a phone number after searching the net, so I'll give that a try tomorrow.

I had a problem on a previous project when I assumed I could use the IBC values for Long Island. I won't make that mistake again. Instead of 20psf, the NYBC called for 40psf.

I think it is good to check with the local office always. I had a building where the required snow load was increased by the official over the Code stipulated value and also a couple of cases in Florida where the wind load was increased.
