Hi everyone
I would like to have arguements to implement a grounding resistor on a new electrical room. The system consists to a 4160KV/600V 1/1.33MVA transformer and a 4-5 motors (between 20 to 100HP) connected to a MCC fed by the transformer.
I really don't need explanation on how it works. But only why I would really need a grounding resistor. What would happen if I do not have a grounding resistor?
