Everybody,

We are a consulting firm designing water treatment plants.
Another company is going to do a Grounding System Audit Report for our new project.
In our electrical drawings we did not generate any drawings regarding this matter but we asked for short circuit and coordination study in our specs.

I would like to know what should be the contents of this report? what is the usual industrial procedure contents of this kind of reports? and how is gone be used?
is it the input material for designing grounding system or it should contain grounding system design?

should it contain how our ground grid should be, or no. of rods, or ... just the resistance of the soil or ..

Any technical reference in this regard would be highly appreciated in advance.

Regards,

An audit is typically an evaluation of the installed system. There is no universal standard for what it should include. I would expect to see a review of the installation for compliance with building codes, compliance with the design and with engineering standards of the Owner, and possibly testing of the resistance to earth. It may also include evaluation of the design.
