As you know, STAAD has a input file that will list out (in text) Joint coordinates, Member Incidences, and so on. Does GT STRUDL have a input file like that? I think STAAD grew out of GT STRUDL, so I would assume there are some similarities.

Back in college (over 10 years ago) there was an input file, it was all we were allowed to use for creating a model.

I started out as a STRUDL guy, and have used STAAD here and there. I recall the STAAD input file format was nearly identical to the GTSTRUDL format.
