Guide to soil induced structural damages

could you guys provide me with a guide for the investigations of damages to structural houses induced by settelement and or swelling of clays ?

We would all really like to have such a guide. My recommendation is to get as much experience on many geotech projects as you can, preferably by doing the field work. Then, some day you will be well equipped to investigate and report on them as an expert.
