I have a an extensive task of assessing the severity of vibrating pipes in a refinery.

I require practical guidelines & tools (software/ spread sheets, etc) to do this for the following areas.

Quick screening methods. Risk classification?
"Shortcuts" for natural frequency estimates, including lumped masses (valves, fittings, etc)
Structural damping & frequeny calc's / guidelines.
Allowable dynamic stress & amplitude calc's & limits.
Velocity calc's & criteria.
Small bore connection guidelines
Practical support methods & spans
etc,
Thanks for your help in advance.
