I am looking for references to design the deadmen anchors for guyed towers. Any help is appreciated.

This is pretty basic stuff for a geotech. Look up your methods for figuring passive earth pressures, submerged unit weights of both concrete and soil and of course get the basic info on the soil in addition, such as angle of friction cohesion, etc. Oh basic statics comes in, probably in freshman physics class. A Google search also may even have some worked examples.

Here is one place with some info.

An older text by Tschebotarioff, "Foundations, Retaining and Earth Structures". on page 539 has it, just simple equations and statics.

As to the loads the tower manufacturer usually can provide that, such as Rohne Towers.
