GYM at a basement: Latent load

Hello:
I have to design an AC system for a gym.
There's no significnat sensible loads from outside, only from the people.
According to my calculations I have a SHT at design condition of 0.28. Coil load is about 15kW.
At part load, SHF can be as high as 0.9(few people in the gym, and not much sensible load either).
Is it possible to manage this situation?

Do you have someone more senior you can work with? I'm not trying to be condescending, but I've seen many people in here responsible for designing things who are a bit green on HVAC... Check the following first:

• Are there minimum make-up air requirements and what are they based on?
• Are there exhaust air requirements?
• What are the outdoor winter and summer design conditions?
• Latent and sensible loads from people working out?
• Lighting load?
• Any other heat loads?
• Anticipated occupancy?

Please review these first. Answer: yes, there are numerous ways to manage this situation, but you should first be trained before you design HVAC systems.

I don't have senior collegue I can work with, otherwise I woudn't had posted the question. And yes I am green in HVAC business. The fact is I am not ashaimed to admite it.
After all, all we were "green" at a certain time in our lives weren't we?

I post the design parameters in SI units.
If you want I‘ll do the conversion and repost the values.
I have done a search in the Web and I found a Carrier Rooftop 48/50 HJ with a Humidi-Mizer module, witch is exactly what I’m looking for, however I still don’t know if this unit is not sold where I live (Portugal, in Europe), but probably won’t.
Any experience with this unit?

Outside Air requirements: 35 m3/person=875m3(fixed)
OA/SA=40%

Latent load per person______300W
Sensible load per person____160W

Design parameters (worse case cenarios)

Outside Condition-1-
Peak Dry bulb temperature :34ºC
Humidity at Peak Dry bulb temperature: 25%RH

Outside Condition-2-
Peak Humidity: 85% RH
Dry bulb temperature at Peak Humidity: 22ºC

Other internal loads:

Ligthning____3000W
Others_____300W (tv sets and Gym Machines)

I’m still doing the numbers about peak conditions 1 and 2.
I’ll post the complete load calculation when I’m finished., but for now early comments will be appreciated.
