Gyro-stabilizer to control swinging device.

I'm working on a device that weighs about 10kg and has dimensions of 500mm x 200mm x 200mm. This device will be connected to a moving object and hang downwards, lengthways. The device will be fixed so that it can only rotate in one plane. However, as the moving object moves, it will inevitably cause the device to swing. I am looking for a small gyrostabilizer to maintain that the device's downward direction remains constant and free from vibration or swinging.

Are there any manufacturers of such a device?
