What are some gyroscopic loads on aircraft propeller shafts.
One site says that the propeller shaft should be able to take 10,000 ft-lbs from pitch/yaw loadings but no propeller information is given.
A turn rate of 1 radian per second seems to be standard.
Any "typical" numbers given a certain propeller.
Thanks.
