Everyone,

I have an Existing Four way load break on my incoming 5 kV feeder and I am going to use one way to my new 500 kW transformer.

I need an illustrative reference indicating all HV components needed for Cable termination before XT primary.

You need to hire an engineer or electrical contractor familiar with medium voltage work. This is not something that can be safely or effectively designed over the web. There are many ways for the inexperienced person to cause this type of project to go terribly wrong.
