Pals,
I want to discharge produced water from natural gas processing plant to evaporation pond located away from central processing plant.
For this treatment, can anyone advise me how much H2S (ppmwt) and HC (ppmwt) should be in the produced water before being discharged to evaporation pond. For H2S, it is concerned about human who may have to work in evaporation pond where H2S tends to flash in that area. And for HC, free oil may degrade evaporative ability of water in the pond......
