Hello,
I have been trying to establish a method for measuring/monitoring LEL and H2S in indoor facilities. I have heard numerous conflicting methods for doing this. We are using General Monitors for detection of LEL and H2S. We are dealing with Bakken Crude. Here's my questions.
LEL detection
1. What are the explosive gases I need to monitor?
2. Where should the sensor be placed (at floor or at wall plate)?
3. What gas should be used to calibrate the sensor?
thanks
