we have material hammer mill to reduce size of lime 63microns by rotating 1500 rpm so what do you advise for material against abrasion.

What kind of hammer mill pulverizes to 63 ,icrons. What is the size of feed material. What is the capacity rating of the mill.With these inputs it shall be possible to suggest a suitable material.

Type of hammer mill is Hazemag Novorotor hammer mill cracher. (1000/1250)
Input material size:max 12mm
Capacity of hammer mill : 8 tons/hour

Tungsten carbide? Maybe nickel matrix or boron enriched?

Something like a KT 195 TiCN cermet?

Fiber reinforced ceramic.

These materials are wear resistant and have very good performance to impact.

Our material is Gx120Mn12 but it is oestenitic.
I want to increase wear resistance.
