Hand Component Placement on PWA's 1

Any ideas on how to ensure that components are placed in the right locations on the PWA during hand add-on and soldering operations? I am looking for somthing the add-on operator can use themselves to verify their own work. We are using both through hole and SMT components.

In addition to the above options, you could use (assuming it is small enough for handling), a physical sample of the properly finished assembly.
