Handheld rectangular wire bender

I guess that this is a low tech question, but I am looking for a handheld rectangular wire bender for magnet wire. The largest size would be around 0.18" x 0.60" rectangular wire. I have looked around and have not been able to find exactly what we need. Someone mentioned that a power transformer manufacturer would have one. Can anyone help?

Examine the benders sold for hydraulic tubing. A good machinist could make a derivative for rectangular wire. He'll have a little trouble with the 'hard way' bender.
