Handling of sugar cane trash to be used as fuel in boiler

Hi

We will install one sugar cane trash handling plant at our power plant. Can you plz share how bales of sugar cane trash are handled at the power plant before they are broken and shredded and mixed with bagasse to be used as fuel in a boiler? Do you use a forklift or travelling crane to unload the bales carrier and to load the bales on the conveyor belt? I have visited a site where they had lots of problems with the shredder ( make Shreddo manufactured by Idea Holdings ltd). Can you suggest any manufacturer of shredder & bale breaker, travelling crane?
Any tips/ mistakes to avoid for the installation, any website, documents, suppliers ? Thks

I'd say take trips to countries where they burn cane sugar bales in power boilers and learn from observtions.
