i have read about oil absorbent materials, how can these be used to handle oil leakes in a factory, operating a couple of blow and injection molding machines.our problem is we are using detergents that are creating oil emulsions in excess of the local discharge limits.

There is a material on the market that turns oil into h20 and carbon dioxide. Just add to oil and watch it gobble it up. It is expensive but it really works!!! Do some research or contact Motion Industries in Nashville for a demonstration.

I would fix the leaks or contain the them because it will be alot cheaper in the long run.
