Dear Experts,

I am confused about hardness requirement of Corrosion Resistant Alloys. NACE MR 01-75/ISO-15156-1/2/3 does not categorically suggests the hardness value of Incoloy-825 and Incoloy 625 material. Can experts in the field through light on the subject.

Regards,

For the solution annealed condition, there are no hardness limits as per Part 3, Table A.13. Table A.14 gives the maximum hardness limits for the annealed and cold worked condition. The difference between the two conditions warrants the difference in approach to hardness restriction: cold working increasing the susceptibility to cracking.
