Hardness test Certification

I have a question regarding the Hardness test certification,as I known and search ISO and API standard they don't certification for hardness test,how abount NBS and NIST, etc. My Quality department have 2 Level II for MT and PT. and been trainee to Hardneess Test (in house) How we certifies for them?.
