Is anyone aware of software which could run a harmonic loadflow for a system comprising of a d.c. bus supplied by one rectifier which supplies multiple inverters each of which drives an induction motor ?

That is a common configuration for paper machine drives and rolling mills. Not sure what Harminic Load Flow means. Not much one can do if draw between Groups is to be maintained.
What application is this?

Half full - Half empty? I don't mind. It's what in it that counts.

The standard power system study softwares such as CYME, EDSA, ETAP etc. have the Harmonic analysis module. It is an add on module for the study software package, with additional cost.

Now coming to the below query:

It depends on how are you going to model the netwrok. Harmonics matter in AC system. So you have to model the equipment which is injecting harmonics at the final AC breaker (feeder)/ equipment. Downstream DC of this can be modeled but it is not important how many inverters are fed from the single DC bus etc. as far as Harmonic Load flow is concerned.

Hope this gives you some way forward.

Any software that can do the modelling you want for a single VFD could do it. You just model it as one rectifier sized for the total motor load, or expected maximum continuous motoring load once you add up the motoring and regenerating motors.
