Hi,
I searched for anything on this topic, and came up empty. Is anyone familiar with CAEPIPE? I'm a structural engineer, so I have no experience with it. I am designing a support structure for a pipeline across a river, and I have CAEPIPE reports from the mechanical guys, but I'm not totally clear on how to interpret them. Is the Pipe Forces report stating the stress-related forces in the pipe, while the Support Loads report is the static reactions these loads induce into the support points? This seems to make sense to me, but since the two reports have different forces at the same nodes, I wanted to try to get some clarification. Anyone have any input? Thanks.
