Has anyone used Cubloc Studio? How do i set an output? 1

We purchased a CUSB-14R with a Cubloc CB280 Cpu, I downloaded the studio and I can set up an input with no issues in the ladder, but there is no operators for setting up an output or a delay for that matter. was going to use it to automate a door interlock so that the operator wouldn't have to hit several switches after door was closed.

Called their Tech support, they told me to email them. they do not offer phone support apparently and I sent that email 6 hours ago.

I have used Click and Direct Logic PLC's and I should have stayed with them.
