Has the submittal procedure in this forum changed?

When I first joined this forum, a reply to a thread was viewable in the thread immediately after submitting it. Now there appears to be a delay. Is it just my computer or internet settings, or has the submittal procedure changed?

The problem appears to be with my web page synchronization/update. I have to do a refresh to see the latest status. At first it appeared that my replies weren't going through.
