We are about to begin HASS testing of electronic products and as such are being required to design appropriate fixturing. Not being familiar with the approach to the design of such items, any guidance would be most appreciated.
Up until now the majority of our work has been based around producing vibration fixtures with high first natural frequencies (outwith the test frequency range) to ensure that no resonances will be set up within the jig itself. Should the same approach be followed for HASS fixtures where the input frequency range can be as high as 10000 HZ. What other considerations should we be looking at, etc
Thanks STH
