Havac parts Tooling images

Hello................!
I have seen blow moulds for bottles.I have heared that HAVAC components are Blow moulded, But I have not seen Blow mould for Havac.So please anybody know the procedure for blow moulding from tooling point of view .If so please send me the images of fixed and moving half of HAVAC components.I have attached some parts please have a look.

Blow molding is one method, rotational casting is another method for producing complex hollow parts. I have no pictures to share, but the internet will have many examples, I'm sure.

It is better to have enough ideas for some of them to be wrong, than to be always right by having no ideas at all.
 
If it is for OEM automotive, under dash A/C or heater air ducts it will be blow moulded. Rotational will be cheaper tooling, but to slow a process for over 100,000 parts per year, unless of course it will be a very specialised low volume production vehicle.
