Structural

I'm back stateside and doing more roof and crawlspace inspections than usual. I'd like to formalize the site inspection hazard assessment paper trail and wonder if anyone can recommend a solution. I've developed various forms over the years but I'd like to circle back and see what is available off the shelf or perhaps as an app.
