Hazing in clear emulsion coating

I have an issue with a cloudiness or hazing in a clear emulsion coating being applied to a clear conformable film. Seems to be temperature or humidity sensitive. May be an interaction between the surface of the coating and the back side of the material (this only shows up when in roll form). We suspect chemical interaction or softness of the coating...any ideas on measurement systems.

It is possible that in rolling up the material, some moisture is trapped in the film and causes the cloudiness.

The slower drying of the emulsion into a film caused by high humidity or low temperature would make the cloudiness worse.

You might try a thinner film or a longer dry before rolling the material, especially in cool or moist weather.
