Does anyone have experience mixing 37% hydrochloric acid with 93% sulfuric acid in essentially equal parts? What is the temperature rise of such a mixture and are there material issues to be concerned with?

I would suggest you try in a laboratory.
Calculations based on a full electrolyte & enthalpy model, that correctly predicts a huge temperature rise if sulfuric is mixed with water predict no temperature elevation in your case.
I do not trust this calculation enough, so I would do a quick lab experiment.
