HCl Tank Vent scrubber 1

We are going for vent scrubber for our HCl bulk storage tank. Process data sheet needs a limit to be specified for HCl limit post scrubber. Regulations do not specify any limit for this case. Only found a limit for HCl manufacturing industry, but not for storage vent limits.

Be careful with the venting of FRP storage tanks...

The addition of an HCl scrubber combined with a "pressure type" unloading from the HCl supplier has caused tank failures in the past...

Please describe you tank configuration and vent size ...???
