Hi all,
What is maximum limit of pressure drop during leak test?
We are performing leak test for HDPE chlorine line(DN 75, offshore line) to check the integrity of flanged connections.
Individual spools are hydrotested(at 6 Bar) for welded connections at shop.
Leak test will be carried out at 2 Bar(Design pressure = 4bar).
Note:- This HDPE pipe(DN75 for Chlorination) is installed inside another HDPE pipes (DN1000 seawater line).All flanged connection made underwater after pipelaying.
