Heat Exchanger pressure drop/flow

Dear all can any one tell me the what will be the effect on delta P and flow if nos of plate incraeses in a plate type heat exchanger keeping same flow at inlet of the heat exchanger

is there any formula to calculate the exact pressure drop/flow

thx in advance

Keeping the same flow at the inlet means that the number of plates will not impact on the flow.
 

I've seen an equation for [Δ]P in the 8th edition of Perry's ChE Handbook, apparently quoted from APV's handbook.

I think the equation to which 25362 refers is Equation 11-79.
