Hi everybody;
I´m project engineer and I´m entirely involved in a heat recovery project. I´m defining a condenser, and I would like to know a software to simulate its performance in order to define it.
So please, could anybody tell me a program, software...??
My intention is to use a plate heat exchanger.

Thank you very much in advance

agiraias,
You should try the Heat Transfer forum for this question instead of here. Don't take this the wrong way, but from the way you ask your question, I take it you have not done much thermal design before. If you have not done a lot of heat exchanger thermal design before then I suggest you don't try and do this condenser thermal design. I know everybody is an expert nowadays because there's softwares. Simple test to see if you should even do this is: Do you use fouling factor for P&F heat exchanger design? If yes, what is the value you intend to use?

If you really must do it, then I recommend HTRI suites of software. You want their XPhe module for P&F.
