We have a Heat trace Panel in our plant ,there 16 Digitrace 920 Controller inside the panel which are connected in series , some of those controller are blinking (showing alarm) but whenever i check the alarm history nothing coming up !! the problem is that blinking causes our DSC to get alarm signal , i tried to reset the controller but it did not work ! any body has any idea about those controllers?

I'm not sure what you mean by connected in series.
The following conditions will show a alarm on the Digitrace 920.

Low/high temperature, low/high current, low/high voltage, low/high resistance
Ground-fault alarm, trip
RTD failure, loss of programmed values, or EMR or SSR failure.
Start checking.

You may also have faulty control modules. If you swap these with other controllers, be sure to swap the configuration information also.

The modules may be improperly programmed.
