in our power plant of 210 MW capacity the turbine is placed in a room of 40m L x 20m B x 17m H.the powerplant is situated near to seashore and the ambient temperature in summeris 41 deg c.our problem is during the summer the room temp of the turbine floor is 48 deg c (ie. ambient +7 deg).
we have fresh air supply @10000 cfm from dry airwasher system and 13 numbers of propeller type exhaust fan @7500 cmh at the ht of 7 mts and 4 nos.of roof ventillators @12000 cmh.
we have planned to add another 12 nos.of propeller fans, opposite to the existing fans and improving the fresh air supply to 15000 cfm.is this will feasible to reduce the room temperature by atleast 1 deg c.or changing the dry air washer to wet air washer system will be effective?
all we want is to maintain the room temperature by amlient +3 or +4

There seems to be a problem in your description. 13nos 7500cmh and 4nos 12000cmh make an exhaust air flowrate of 145500cmh or 85554cfm. Where is this additional 75554cfm coming from?

If you say near sea shore, then air washer is definitely not an option.
