Heating Airstreams with Steam

I have the challenge of determining how much steam (Lbs/Hr) would be required for the following application.
Underground Pipe Curing
I will be using a Roots, frame size 56 blower indroducing the air stream through a 2.5" pipe/hose into the underground pipe liners. Steam will be introduced into the air stream utilizing pressure, and or a siphoning configuration depending on required bag pressure. (bag = underground liner) The bag pressure changes with the diameter of the bag, more surface volume requires less pressure to inflate the bag. As the pressure requirements increase the blower volume decreases. The pressure range will be ~6.0psig to ~13.4psig. Corresponding, the blower cfm will range from ~510cfm @ 13.4psig to ~555cfm @ 6.0psig. I need to introduce steam into the air stream at worst case senario (15degF air stream @ 546cfm)in order to heat the air stream to 210degF. Keeping in mind the volocity of the air stream @ 546cfm (and temp) through the 2.5" piping/hose. The boiler will be a 15psig design rated boiler running at 90% of maximum vessel design, or ~13.5psig.(~246.5degF) The curing process involves activating styrene in the bag, heating the entire bag to 105degF. After the end of the bag reaches this temperature the air stream is removed from the process and raw steam is the passed through the bag until curing of the resin is complete(~30 to 45min)
Does anyone have any ideas?
