Heating for NGV service area

Looking for advice for the best way to heat an auto shop that wants to service natural gas fueled vehicles.

Shop is in Dallas, TX so the heating requirements aren't huge.

I would say a ducted direct fired make-up air handling unit with a separate exhaust. If they are working on engines you have to exhaust by code anyways. Use the unit for both make-up air and for heating.

If it's new construction, add in some radiant in-floor heating or infrared heating. Depends how much they want to spend.
