heating rate applicable for normalisation of Dish end for pressure vessel

Dear Experts,


Does any heating rate (controlled heating rate degree celsius per hour)is applicable for normalisation heat treatment of Dish end for pressure vessels?

i could not find any reference on code ASME 8 .
