Heating up gear rings to seat on the flywheels we are turning

We have and upcoming job where we will turn the flywheel, then we have to seat the gear ring on that flywheel. These will be short run parts. I have heard about taking an electric oven and rewiring it to run both the oven and broiler at the same time. Looking for help.
 
400 degrees will do it with a min of .005 to a max of .007 thousands interference a oven should work fine, or you can buy a Blue Max thermal oven on ebay for a few hundred bucks and it runs on 110v and heats to 500 degrees.
