I am looking for any information relating to horizontal loads imposed by heavy equipment (30 ton payloader).

In brief, my situation is I need to design a retaining wall that also acts as a push wall for payloaders scooping trash.
This is a trash transfer facility.

Would taking F=ma be appropriate?

Also, some ideas....
1.watch the cover on the rebar, the blades of front end loaders may chip the concrete, exposing reinf.
2. look for additives that give hardness/durability to the concrete.
3. Use epoxy coated bars. These transfer stations tend to bring in some gross fluids in.
