HEC-HMS Reach flow out is zero

I need some help with HEC-HMS. I am modeling a drainage area with two sub-basins in Hec-HMS. Each connect to a Reach and the two Reaches connect to a joint, and then an outfall. Using Muskingum-Cunge routing method for the Reaches.
But one reach has zero discharge even though the upstream sub-basin has output flow (112 cfs).
I am not sure how to fix this. The Reach is a trapezoidal channel - 10ft bottom width at 4:1 side slopes for 500 Liner feet.
When i model thesame reach in Hydrocad, i get an outflow, but HEC-HMS shows zero outflow.

So i figured out why the reach output is zero cfs.
The upstream pond stage storage data units was switched to sq.mi instead of sq.feet.
The program somehow keep changing the units to sq.mi which resulted in a huge pond that no flow was coming out.
Others have reported same issue with HEC-HMS.
